The digiRocks working method

At DigiRocks, we have a 100% teleworking organization.

This organization enables us to work efficiently thanks to our work rituals.

We have week launch every Monday at 10am for salaried Rockers, followed by a monthly meeting the first Monday of the month for all rockers.

We also have a monthly meeting dedicated to Rocker Affiliates on the second Monday of the month, and an extended CODIR on the fourth Monday of the month for the CEO, COO, CMO, CCO and CTO.

We also offer sharing and continuing education sessions:

• every other Wednesday at 2pm for all rockers,
• as well as work and sharing sessions for Salaried Rockers.

To strengthen our team spirit and get to know each other better

• we organize digiTours / Minitours
• three times a year when we're all together for three days.
• Work and fun for these moments of work, sharing and togetherness!

Finally, we offer small-group sessions in workshop/showroom mode or simply coworking.
