The 3-sieve rule
"When I see candidates, I filter them using the three-sieve rule (inspired by Innocent's HRD):
1st sieve: are the candidate's and company's values sufficiently aligned?
2nd sieve: how will the proposed position help the candidate grow?
3rd sieve: what are the candidate's strengths to succeed in the mission?
It's essential to ask the questions in this order, and not to proceed if a sieve blocks. The virtues of testing are also essential (inspired by the founder of WordPress)."
